presence through our corporate structure, then together we will take
the study results and convert it to a 1-year budgeted plan. During the first
few months, your options include setting up an office, creating brand identity,
and hiring a salesperson/sales team. We can also manage the design and creation
of your company's Chinese website and promotional materials, as well as assist
you in registering the trademarks and patents. Then the "company" begins. Over the next few months, we can work with you
to train the employees, contact potential customers, finalize price and
distribution channels, work out import/VAT issues, and implement sales. As
sales expand, we can help you maintain a speedy and flexible organization that
keeps up with China's dynamic market and seizes new opportunities that present
themselves. As the contract period nears the end date, we
will thoroughly assess the year's outcome and can work with you to determine
the year 2 projections. From then your team has the option to decide whether to
proceed with the existing structure, hire additional staff and expand, or spin
off and establish your own corporate entity in China - where we transfer the
trained team to your new entity and you
hit the ground running.
